What Does The $24.99 Experience Include?

What Happens While My Design Is Being Created?
The Studio creates and reviews your artwork while you watch the animation and follow its progress. Your finished first look opens automatically in a full-screen reveal. Keep this tab open until it appears.
Can I Use My Own Logo And Photos?
Yes. Add your original logo when you start. Supported projects also offer image options in the full Studio. For photo products and more complex artwork, choose the product’s included design service or ask our team for help.
Can I Make Changes To My Design?
Your full design project includes five successful refinement rounds. Tell the Studio what to change, then review the updated artwork before approving it.
What Should I Check Before Approval?
Check every printed side, spelling, names, phone numbers, web addresses, dates, photos and the selected product size. Approve only when your details and design are correct.
What Do I Do With My Production PDF?
When you approve your purchased design, we also email the print-ready PDF to your PROMOSTORE account email. You can download it here for your records and reorders. Choose Print This Design where available to carry your approved artwork to the matching product. Review your quantity, print options and file confirmation before adding prints to your cart. When uploading manually, use separate front and back files if both fields appear; otherwise, use the two-page production PDF. Keep the original file size and bleed.
Can I Reorder Without Buying The Design Again?
Reuse your purchased artwork for the same design. A new print order has its own printing and delivery cost. A new design or creative refresh is a separate design project. Keep a copy of your finished PDFs.
Are All Products Created Instantly In Studio?
Print, apparel and gift products can start a design concept inside the Studio. Products marked Production Review Required need final supplier fitting and print resolution checks before a production PDF can be released. Apparel and gifts marked Design & Proof Included already include that service with the product order.
What About Foil, Specialty Finishes Or A Product I Do Not See?
